LifeGroups are the heartbeat of Mt Vernon Church. They’re where faith becomes
personal, relationships grow deep, and no one walks alone. We believe God designed us
for community—and LifeGroups give you a place to connect with others, grow in your
relationship with Jesus, and support one another through every season of life.

Find Your People.

Joining a group is simple. Click below (or stop by the Connections
desk) to browse available groups by topic, age, life stage, or meeting time. We’ll help you find one that fits your schedule and season of life. Try one out—you’re not committing forever. Sometimes it takes visiting one or two to find your people, and that’s okay. The important thing is to take the first step.

You don’t need to be a Bible scholar to lead—just someone who loves Jesus and wants
to create a space for others to grow. We provide training, resources, and ongoing
support to help you lead with confidence. If you’re willing to open your home, ask good
questions, and care for people, we’ll help you take the rest of the steps. LifeGroup
leaders don’t have all the answers—they just help people take the next one.
